My background in product design allows me to push my interest in interactive art in new areas beyond the screen. Having tangible, physical or tactile interactions forms a more powerful impact on the viewer/user and offers much more potential than really solely on the screen for communication. I strive to create intriguing pieces and installations that draw the user in and allow them to immerse them self in the experience.

Artistic Collaborations

Together With Svein Inge Bjørkhaug I developed large scale interactive light based artworks. We aim to explore the possibilities that projectors offer, especially in bringing interactive artworks outside into the urban environment where the general public can be surprised while observing and interacting with the pieces. We have exhibited at a number of events including Oslo Lux light festival 2013 and Hove Festival 2013 with funding from Norsk Kulturråd and AHO

I also collaborate with Edith Isdal creating site specific ephemeral urban installations. We have “exhibited” through out Oslo and also participated in Oslo Lux 2013
